About: About Your Library

The Old Town High School Library’s mission is to create a library environment where students can successfully find information and ideas for their educational and recreational needs. The library provides access to resources, both physically and virtually, that support the curriculum and ensure that students become life-long learners and develop the information literacy skills necessary to be successful in the 21st century.

Library Use

  • Remember to bring a pass to come to the library.

  • Having a hard time finding something online? I can help you find it.
  • Can I help you find a book or magazine to read?
  • Please use your digital devices quietly. Texting is ok if you are in the library for study hall (no phone calls please), but you need to respect your teachers rules if you are in the library with a class.

Computer Use

  • Please refer to the RSU#34 policy Student Computer and Internet Use Rules.
  • Please do not change computer settings.
